Calendar
The calendar puts the follow-ups you promised on a month, next to the meetings coming up and the accounts that have gone quiet.

Every open task on its due date
The month grid starts on Monday. Each open task sits on its due date: past dates are red, a company’s next step is in normal text and its other tasks are lighter. Arrows move a month, and *this month* comes back. A line at the top counts the tasks due today or earlier and links to them on the Tasks page.
Meetings this week
Events in the next seven days from your calendar import, where an attendee matches a company, listed with that company. Import meetings now runs the same import as hermitcrm calendar --apply. You connect the calendar under Settings, Email and calendar.
Silent for 14 days or more
Active companies with no interaction for the number of days you set (14 by default), the longest quiet first, with a log interaction link on each. Closed companies are left out.
Tasks do not disappear when a deal parks
Ticking a task done takes it off this page and off the board’s overdue colouring, and records the day. A parked company stays off the board, but its tasks still show here, so a reminder to revisit it in March is not lost. On a company page, a next step with a date has an Add to Google Calendar link: an all-day event with a link back, with no account connection and no API.

Hermit CRM is a free, open-source CRM for founders, freelancers and anyone doing their own sales. It runs on your Mac or Linux computer and keeps every company, contact and conversation as a Markdown file in a git folder on your own disk. A local web app gives you a pipeline board, a calendar of next steps, message drafts and reports. AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex or Claude Desktop can read and update the pipeline through the files, a small CLI or the built-in MCP server. It is alpha software under the Apache License 2.0, with no warranty and no support.
